Please be informed that your registration under Geologists Act 2008 will expire on 31 December 2016 [Subsection 30 (2)]. You are reminded to renew your registration with immediate effect. Renewal of registration can be made by applying using the Form F with renewal fee paid according to the respective registration categories. If you fail to do so until January 31st  2017, your name will be removed from the Board’s register in accordance with the provisions of Section 34(b) of Geologists Act 2008.

Adalah dimaklumkan bahawa pendaftaran tuan/puan di bawah Akta Ahli Geologi 2008 akan berakhir pada 31 Disember 2016 [Subseksyen 30(2)]. Tuan/Puan diingatkan supaya memperbaharui pendaftaran tersebut dengan kadar segera. Pembaharuan pendaftaran boleh dibuat dengan memohon menggunakan Borang F dengan bayaran mengikut kategori masing-masing. Sekiranya gagal berbuat demikian sehingga 31 Januari 2017, nama tuan/puan akan dibatalkan dari Daftar Lembaga mengikut peruntukan Seksyen 34(b) Akta Ahli Geologi 2008.
